How to File a Notice

For us to take action on your request, please include all of the following:

1. Your contact information
   Full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
2. Description of the work
   Identify the copyrighted material. A list may be provided if multiple works are affected.
3. Location of infringing content
   The exact URL(s) where the material is located on cumeatingtube.
4. Good faith statement
   A declaration that you believe the material is not authorized by you, your representative, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
   A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the rights holder or an authorized agent.
6. Signature
   A typed name or electronic/physical signature is acceptable.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice through our contact form. The counter-notice must include:

1. Your full contact details.
2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location on cumeatingtube.
3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or if outside the U.S., the courts where cumeatingtube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore the content within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless we are informed that legal proceedings have been initiated.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may face account suspension or termination. Infringing material may also be removed at any time without prior warning.

False Claims Warning
